Therapy here is very good, Phong and Ben are very nice!
My 102 year old Mom lives here, and we could not be happier with it. The staff is exceptionally friendly and thorough with her care. She has social interaction with other resident every day, and she’s always happy when we go to visit. She has her own suite, including a living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette, so she can be surrounded by her own things. Rates are quite reasonable, but I can’t recommend a better place at any cost.
I can’t say enough good things about the therapy staff at North Houston transitional. I felt they were truly interested in my mom‘s progress and wanted to help her do well. They were patient and kind and I want to give a special shout out to Caroline in OT and Dan in PT. The gym where they work is fantastic, fully equipped, and very helpful
I have enjoyed my time here. The nurses are well appreciated. The food selections are all tasty as well as my room is always clean and well equipped.

Nursing homes are rated from 1-5 stars based on health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. According to CMS, a rating of five stars means that quality is “much above average.”
