I viewed the ratings before I chose the facility, they were very high and I can see why . The PT staff has been very supportive and professional with encouragement at every level. The Nursing staff has been extremely understanding considering my situation of not being able to walk. The nutritional staff is constantly monitoring your health with the correct foods for your needs. All in All I can see why the high ratings and it will continue with me.
My experience at this facility has been very pleasant and efficient. I have found them to be very well arraigned and professional. The accommodations in facility are kept very clean, house keeping and kitchen staff are well managed, food is varied and well balanced and tasty. I have been also well entertained by the bingo they have here. Everyone is always so nice and attentive to me and I’ve been here for over a year already. Administration always making themselves available and are very responsive as well as professional.
I been to 5 different facilities and they don’t compare to this one, if I could give this facility 10 stars I would. The staff is professional, friendly , loving and family oriented. They provide multiple and different activities for the residents to choose from. The facility is very well maintained , clean , well equipped and professionally managed. Special shoutout to Emely , Christian , Silvia and Jessica for always being so attentive in my care and going above and beyond . The food service department offers a variety on their menu, my favorite is the baked potato. The therapy department is well staffed as well, I’ve seen progress in my life with taking therapy everyday.

Hospice Nurse Kervin and Director Diana Worten are amazing. They were kind, caring and extremely helpful to us and the hospice patient in North Houston Transitional Care. Five stars for them, four for the facility.
We could not be more satisfied with the care my mom has received at NHTC. One of the big and pleasant surprises is how good the food is. Even visitors mentioned how delicious it looked and smelled. Special shootouts to Loney, in the dining room, and Deidre, at the front entrance, who provide extra special care.
